Pink girl in 3D vector

I wanted to tweak this a little more, but my computer couldn't handle having all of those paths.
This was modeled from [link] and is made with the mesh tool on illustrator and the pen tool. 100% vector.
I wanna add some flowers and stuff, but I am having problems opening the file because it's so large.
